Our Pricing Principles:

No markup on materials - we purchase wholesale whenever it makes sense, and you reimburse us based on receipts.

Planning/Purchasing/Labor is our fee for completing your project.

Incidentals - this allowance covers anything unforeseen. We notify/discuss with you prior to spending.

AirBnB, SW Portland, November, 2021, the owner wanted to add plants to increase curb appeal.

Voila! It is still November, but adding some evergreen plants and bark makes the landscaping feel fresh. Looking forward to visiting again in the spring!
A little stepping stone path to a peaceful view. Are there two chairs and a couple of drinks at the end of the path?
After Planting
Following Summer
Insurance Agency, NE Portland, June 2020, no plants to highlight the sign and used as garbage dumping ground
After planting (and paint job) September, 2020. The sign is flanked by Italian Cypresses and highlighted by New Zealand Flax and rocks. Roses and grasses have been planted to add curb appeal.
10 months later July, 2021, the plants are beautiful and healthy and the sign was updated.
Before
December 2020, gorgeous hardscaping, but the plantings could be more interesting.
After Planting
February 2021, Azalea, Japanese Tassel Ferns, Choisya, bareroot Hostas have been planted along with Hydrangea by the house.
Following Spring
June 2021, the Azaleas are blooming, the bareroot Hostas are growing and the Ferns are thriving. What will it look like in spring of 2022?
